Our product range spans the complete precision machining and gear production spectrum. We design and manufacture CNC gear grinding machines using both profile grinding and generating grinding processes, CNC hobbing machines from small-module precision gear production through to large-diameter wind turbine gear sets, and a full line of vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, turning-milling composite centers, CNC lathes, whirlwind milling machines, and drill tap centers.

In gear cutting tools, we manufacture precision HSS and carbide gear hobs, shaper cutters, and skiving tools to DIN 3968 tolerances — covering standard and fully custom profiles for any module, pressure angle, and helix angle requirement. Our tooling team works alongside application engineers to recommend the right hob grade, coating, and cutting parameters for every hobbing machine and workpiece material combination. CNC Gear Grinding

Profile and generating grinding to DIN 4 to DIN 7 accuracy. CBN and corundum wheel compatible with in-process gauging and automatic dressing cycles.

CNC Gear Hobbing

Full CNC electronic gearbox synchronisation for spur gears, helical gears, worm wheels, and sprockets. Module 0.5 to 25 with 5- to 6-axis control and automatic hob shifting.

Machining Centers

Vertical, horizontal, and multi-tasking turning-milling composite centers for 3-axis to 5-axis precision prismatic and rotational component production.

Precision Cutting Tools

HSS-E PM and solid carbide gear hobs to DIN 3968 AAA, AA, A, and B class. TiN, TiAlN, and AlCrN coatings available. Custom profiles manufactured to customer drawings.

Quality & Inspection

Every Machine Verified Before Delivery

We hold every machine to a strict pre-delivery inspection protocol before any unit leaves our facility. Spindle cores are measured for runout and vibration. All linear axes are verified with laser interferometry for positioning and repeatability accuracy. Gear accuracy is measured by CMM against DIN 3962 and DIN 3963 standards — profile deviation, lead error, and pitch accuracy are documented and supplied to the customer with each machine.

Our foundry uses precision HT300 high-grade grey cast iron for machine beds, and all mating surfaces undergo hand scraping to maximise contact area and achieve the flatness accuracy that underpins long-term precision stability. Spindle assemblies are balanced using automated dynamic balancing equipment and fitted with precision-grade bearings selected to the specific speed and load requirements of each machine model.

All manufacturing operations at our facility are governed by our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with documented inspection procedures at every stage from raw casting through final machine acceptance testing.
