For the most accurate machine recommendation, include your gear drawing or specification (module, number of teeth, helix angle, pressure angle, face width), the required DIN accuracy class, workpiece material and heat treatment condition, annual production volume, and your preferred CNC control system platform. If you are evaluating CNC hobbing machines, the hob type and module range are also helpful. Partial information is fine — we will follow up with questions as needed.

Yes. Ever-power supplies precision HSS and carbide gear hob cutters, shaper cutters, and skiving tools independently of any machine purchase. Tools are manufactured to DIN 3968 Class AA, A, and B tolerances and are compatible with any standard CNC hobbing or shaping machine. Custom profiles for non-standard pressure angles, worm wheel hobs, and spline hobs are available. Ever-power machines are available with Fanuc 0i-MF Plus, Fanuc 31i, Siemens 840D sl, and Mitsubishi M80 control options depending on machine type.
